Sam Katz is a lifelong Philadelphian who has experienced a diverse and unique career in public and project finance, venture capital, civic affairs, development, politics and now documentary filmmaking. Sam and his wife, Connie, are West Mt. Airy residents and active members of Germantown Jewish Centre. Sam and Connie have been active members of American Associates of Ben-Gurion University, recently completing two terms as co-chairs of Americans for Ben-Gurion University’s Philadelphia Chapter. Sam also serves as co-chair of the Federation Partnership Committee engaged with the Negev towns of Netivot and Sdot Negev.
