Dr. Yaakov Garb is a senior lecturer in the Bona Terra Department of Man in the Desert at the Jacob Blaustein Institutes for Desert Research at Ben-Gurion University. His background is in environmental studies and the social studies of science and technology. Dr. Garb has studied and written about a wide range of topics in these fields and his research has impacted political policy. Currently, Dr. Garb is sharing his research on electronic waste and partnerships with the informal e-waste industry.
