Prof. Fred A. Lazin is a former chair of BGU’s Department of Politics and Government. An award winning author, Prof. Lazin has taught at American University, Cornell, CUNY, GWU, NYU, Tufts and UCLA. He has authored over sixty scholarly articles and chapters in books, and has written and edited ten books dealing with public policy in the United States, Israel and developing countries, Israeli politics and society, and Jews in American politics. He is currently a visiting scholar at NYU’s Taub Center for Israel Studies.
