Dana Gavish-Fridman, Head of Entrepreneurship at BGU
Dana Gavish-Fridman is responsible for all entrepreneurial activity across the University, providing tools, opportunities and strategies for students and researchers. Prior to this role, she worked as a television news producer and as a business development manager for startups and other businesses.
Josh Peleg, Chief Executive Officer, BGN Technologies
Josh Peleg assumed this position in 2019. He has more than 20 years of experience in senior managerial positions both in the private sector and as a civil servant, with a focus on agritech and biotech. Prior to coming to BGU, he served as chief executive officer of Zeraim Gedera and head of the Commercial Unit at Syngenta Israel. He has also worked at the Foreign Trade Administration at the Israeli Ministry of Industry, Trade and Labor, where he served in the role of Israel’s commercial attaché in Mexico for four years. Previously, Josh worked as an attorney.
Gadi Bahat, Executive Director, LEADERS
Gadi Bahat is the executive director of the LEADERS Entrepreneurial Leadership Academic Program at BGU. He is also the founder and chief executive officer of BCS LTD, a private consulting firm, where he provides strategic consulting services to startups, large organizations and venture capital groups. With 25 years of experience in managerial and entrepreneurial executive roles, Gadi is a seasoned senior executive and business strategy consultant with expertise in managing large, multinational high-tech companies.
